Some of you might have already followed this long story.
Unfortunately, it is continuing, and I must admit choosing this service agency to send the pictures to London was probably one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever done.
To get my framed images back, I do have to pay for the transport from the UK to Germany, regardless that UPS messed it up. Furthermore, the service agency charges their list price to send the parcels from their warehouse to you.
After agreeing to this, I got a demand note after a couple of days. They failed to send me the invoice; it seems the only department that works correctly is the accounting. The support doesn’t answer my emails at all, even four days after payment they did not give me a tracking number.

In total, I paid more than I would have when dealing with UPS directly.
